Ad Sales Coordinator (Chicago/New York – Hybrid Remote)

SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for daily account maintenance in all aspects of the order process. This position will be required to manage their time well in a fast-paced environment exhibiting attention to detail. The Sales Coordinator must have a team-player attitude and be solutions oriented when approaching problem solving. In addition, the Ad Sales Coordinator serves as a liaison to the inventory management team, along with the advertising agency counterparts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow relationships with advertising agency and internal TV One/Cleo TV departments including, not limited to: Pricing and Planning, Inventory Management, Marketing, Traffic and Billing
- Handle high volumes of agency requests and ensure stewardship delivery aligns with deal guarantees; promptly communicate commercial airing times and programming changes to clients across networks.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of client orders, coordinating inventory allocation in approved programming while adhering to all requirements and compliance standards.
- Work closely with Ad Sales Executives/Sales Service Executives to oversee promotional assets (special integrations), ensuring deliverables align with client expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies efficiently to clear invoices on time and maintain entirety of account
- Participate in comprehensive initial training covering order processes, internal systems, and best practices for managing a high volume of tasks.
- Engage in ongoing training and support to stay updated on industry changes, compliance requirements, and evolving client needs.
- Provide administrative support to sales team

- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal, to interact with internal colleagues and external clientsÂ
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and meet deadline is essential
- Possess interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible with ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Complies with Network and Urban One’s mandatory trainings and adheres to related course deadlines.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of work experience in a related field.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range:Â $45,000/year
Overtime Eligibility: This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay following applicable laws.
